The German British Forum’s activities include: 

• Engagement from some well-known figures in British-German relations including its President, Lord Hurd;  honorary Chairman, Professor William Paterson, Co-founders, David Marsh and Robert Bischof, and current Chairman, Dr. Stefan Georg.
• Its Annual Conference has featured high-profile speakers such as Valéry Giscard d’Estaing, Helmut Schmidt, Gerhard Schröder, George Soros, Alistair Darling, Helmut Schlesinger, David Simon and Kenneth Clarke.
• Its Management Board, motivated by a  common interest of promoting dialogue and exchange between the two countries within a European and international context.
