The Forum organises an annual conference focusing on business and economic issues, and also arranges other conferences in the UK and Germany during the year. Its website features factual information, listings, opinions and news items on a wide range of subjects concerning Germany and Britain. It publishes independent pieces of research, mostly linked to events such as the annual conference. It organises an annual award for German and British people who have contributed in either a positive or controversial fashion to relations between the two countries. The Forum cooperates with a range of German-British organisations such as the Anglo-German Foundation for the Study of Industrial Society, the British German Association, the Königswinter Conference, the Deutsch-Britische Gesellschaft and the Institute for German Studies at the University of Birmingham. It also has close links with the Centre for European Reform. It includes on its management and advisory boards representatives of all these organisations.
