
This event will gather opinion formers, business leaders and politicians to discuss the existence and need for global standards and will, at the same time, mark the launch of “The A to Z of CSR”: An Encyclopaedia of Corporate Social Responsibility published by ICCA. This book is the first and only encyclopaedia in the area of CSR containing concepts, key words and definitions of the most widely used CSR terms that aims to become the standard reference text for managers, CSR business professionals, academics, students, NGOs and volunteers.
