Atul Arya holds a doctorate in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He joined BP in 1988 and has held various commercial, technical, planning and strategy leadership roles in Technology, BP Solar, Global Business Centre and in the Exploration & Production segment. In his current role, Atul is responsible for research and analysis to shape development of BP's corporate strategy.
