William Wright
William became editor in March 2003 having previously worked as deputy editor since January 2001. Prior to this he was based in Paris covering Continental Europe, and was also responsible for equity capital markets coverage. He joined Financial News in March 1996 as part of the original launch team, and subsequently worked as news editor. He has covered stock exchanges, equity brokerage and equity capital markets as well as a wide range of investment banking topics. Before joining Financial News he worked for the internal consulting group at a big UK bank.
