Lucy Hudson is Transport for the North’s Lead Officer for Freight & Logistics. She leads the Freight and Logistics enhanced analysis project, taking a strategic view of the networks used across the North. This work feeds in to the understanding of key transport corridors that TfN has identified.
Lucy has worked in the transport sector for three years. Her experience includes working with Ports and Logistics companies within the Humber as well as overseeing Transport Planning, Highways Asset Management, Highway Design and Maintenance and Parking. Prior to this she worked in housing and strategic planning, where she was part of the client team for the largest transfer of Local Authority functions to the private sector. This gave her a perspective on how local government can deliver outcomes for people differently.
