Payment Flow and Delivery Policy
Payment must be made in full when placing an order.
Confirmation of your booking and payment will be sent via e-mail.
Please make a note of your booking and payment reference as this will serve as your ticket.
Tickets are valid only for the date and event purchased.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
If an event you have paid for cancelled you will be contacted as soon as possible and refunded in full.
If you wish to cancel your booking and receive a refund you must notify email@example.com more than 14 days before the date of the event.
